A company that responds, turns up on time, does an excellent job in a friendly professional manner and takes pride in what they do … Well, I’m happy to report that my experience with EMS&F fulfils all the above criteria, from initial contact to turning up bang on time Ada, who took the initial call and Josh the onsite engineer were brilliant, from the first call to leaving the property. The service was very thorough – and Josh really went the extra mile helping me program exactly what I wanted into the system – thoroughly checking everything worked as I wanted – genuinely friendly and accommodating. Cannot fault. Worth every penny of the very fair price. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Indifferent service is so apparent in many areas of business its refreshing to be able to report on a company that on the two occasions I have used them have demonstrated exemplary courtesy and knowledge in every aspect of home security systems. Annual Service Since installation of my alarm system by EMS&F, I have always used the Company for my annual service & check up. From Day 1 I have been more than happy with their service. Jack was on time, professional, friendly , courteous & efficient. I can highly recommend the company.

Excellent installation from Jack and Tom. Very professional and went about their work with no disruption. Small issue issue with the electrics to the CCTV was sorted the same morning as reported.

Have been using this company for a number of years and found them an extremely professional company, they remind you when you need to have your system serviced and call you before they get to you. I throughly recommend them.

We purchased a new home in Leicester which was not ready to move in to and had no alarm. We were recommended EMS&F by the electrician and couldn’t be more happier that we went with them. Adam was a pleasure to liaise with prior to completion date with recommendations and managed to fit us in on our actual completion day. Adam and Dan were extremely professional and human throughout and did a stellar job in installing the alarm for us. Good banter too! Would highly recommend EMS&F.

I wouldn’t use any other security company and I would always recommend them.

House alarm system – which is about 25 years old – had gone into tamper mode and we could not reset. Contacted East Midlands Security – they came round and fixed the fault and got the system working again. They also recommended some upgrades to this old system – which we agreed would be a good idea. They took away all the details – we are now waiting for a quote with all the details. Based on the resolution of our alarm problem resolution would recommend this company.

We have had our first alarm servicing with East Midlands Security & Fire. The Engineer that came was very professional and was able to review the system that we have inherited from the previous house owners quickly. We have signed up to their maintenance package and will probably use them when it is time to upgrade our system.

They arrived at the time specified and completed the work quickly with no fuss or bother to us. The work was carried out very neatly which has required no redecoration to any of the rooms where sensors were fitted. Brilliant work and would recommend them 100%.

My home intruder alarm developed a fault. EM S&F were responsive, came on the day they said and although a little late they were very informative and apologetic about this. Work was done quickly, professionally and everything is now working again. I’ve rebooked them for an upgrade quote and will now be using them for my annual service.
